Job Summary

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable and cash lifecycle for IT Cloud, including transactional AR execution (credits, cash application, collections, refunds, and reconciliations). Drive proactive insight into cash flow, DSO, and revenue accuracy by identifying issues and revenue leakage risks. Produce monthly cash flow forecast inputs, AR aging/DSO KPIs, and reporting for Finance and Revenue leadership, while documenting SOPs and improving processes in NetSuite and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including cash application (as needed), collections, refunds, write-offs, credit memos, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
•Ensure accurate three-way reconciliation between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data; investigate variances and recommend corrective actions for overpayments, short payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
•Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks (billing gaps, disputes, unapplied cash, credit exposure, delayed collections) to protect cash flow, DSO, and revenue accuracy.
•Provide AR inputs into monthly cash flow forecasts, including expected collections, risk adjustments, and variance analysis versus prior forecasts.
•Generate and communicate AR KPIs (AR aging, DSO, key AR metrics), escalate high-risk issues, and document AR/cash application processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or AR accounting.
•Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite) and intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
•Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow concepts.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with high integrity handling sensitive financial information.
