Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Salesforce Customer Success methodology to partner with customer executives and prescribe recommendations to accelerate achievement of business objectives.
  • •Deliver customer intimacy by understanding key issues and opportunities and driving business impact and innovation.
  • •Build and nurture C-level relationships across accounts, penetrating deeper while solidifying partnership and commitment.
  • •Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce executives to network across account stakeholders and help customers achieve objectives.
  • •Evangelize Salesforce capabilities across Clouds and Services, map features to business benefits, and identify risks with mitigation plans or escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in the financial industry (e.g., banks, securities firms, credit card companies, or insurance) or experience engaging clients in the financial industry as a consultant or systems integrator.
  • •Experience as a project manager at consulting firms, systems integrators, or IT vendors.
  • •Ability to build strong relationships with customer executives and navigate customer organizational structures to identify key stakeholders.
  • •Experience as a trusted advisor providing business value, excelling in at least two areas such as industry knowledge, technical expertise, or consulting skills.
  • •Ability to drive effective, influencing C-level conversations, facilitate difficult discussions, handle objections, and explain technological and business concepts.
