Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for software solutions based on customer insights and business priorities.
•Lead customer discovery, segmentation, and journey mapping to improve customer experience and outcomes.
•Drive the end-to-end software product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
•Lead customer-centric go-to-market positioning and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver launches.
•Define KPIs for adoption and satisfaction and use closed-loop analytics to prioritize and execute improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

•Proven track record delivering customer-centric software products in global, cross-functional environments.
•Experience working within SAFe Agile processes and cross-functional product delivery teams.
•Strong customer-first mindset and product intuition with clear execution discipline.
