Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director and Managing Director in developing and maintaining a portfolio of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
  • •Manage end-to-end execution and ongoing maintenance of Fund Finance facilities.
  • •Lead origination and portfolio management collaboration to deliver exceptional client service.
  • •Provide guidance, management, and training to junior team members on Debt Finance responsibilities.
  • •Act on cross-sell leads to improve client experience and expand the product offering.

Key Requirements

  • •Very strong Fund Finance experience, including credit, structuring, and legal documentation experience.
  • •Knowledge of FX and typical Fund Finance structures at both Fund and Manager levels.
  • •Proficient with Excel and CRM systems.
  • •Deep understanding of the VC/PE industry and underlying finance solutions.
