Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate with functional Quantitative Office managers and stakeholders, ensuring projects consider budgeting, planning, and reporting.
  • •Clarify requirements, dependencies, capacity constraints, and decision points with model development leaders, technology partners, and finance/risk/control partners.
  • •Maintain delivery visibility using dashboards, executive updates, and portfolio health reporting to communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and actions.
  • •Establish and maintain operating standards for program planning, status reporting, issue escalation, governance materials, and executive communications.
  • •Identify delivery, quality, capacity, and governance risks; develop mitigation plans; and escalate decisions and tradeoffs when leadership action is required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •10 years of progressive experience in consulting, program management, business operations, or process improvement, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
  • •Strong skills in issue resolution, stakeholder influence, decision-driving, managing ambiguity, and delivering under stringent timelines.
  • •Demonstrated superior understanding of business operations, model development or analytics functions, governance expectations, and enterprise policies.
  • •Demonstrated leadership implementing complex programs and projects, with executive-level written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce decision materials and dashboards.
