Job Summary

Promote and support Texas Instruments applications that power customer solutions across automotive and consumer devices. Work with Automotive Tier 1s and OEMs to design and implement wireless connectivity applications, provide high-volume technical customer support alongside Sales and FAE collaboration, and support early design activities with systems engineers. Debug issues by recreating and root-causing problems, develop demonstrations, and create application collateral such as notes, software documentation, trainings, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement next generation wireless connectivity applications for Car Access, TPMS, and WBMS with Automotive Tier 1s and OEMs.
•Provide direct, high-volume technical customer support through collaboration with Sales and FAE, including on-site support for critical engagements.
•Support early design in activities for new products with systems engineers.
•Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to implement custom firmware features and build/design/document/test application solutions.
•Support customer issue resolution by recreating/debugging to root-cause and create application notes, software documentation, trainings, and webinars.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering, or a related field.
•Programming skills in C.
•Basic understanding of RTOS (Realtime Operating System).
•Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
•Preferred: basic understanding of schematics/layouts and analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC, data converters, sensing).
