HSE Officer

Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards for onshore and offshore operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and HSE training (inductions and toolbox talks). Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, maintain accurate HSE records, and monitor environmental compliance such as waste management, emissions, and spill prevention. Support emergency response planning and coordinate safety activities with project stakeholders.
