•Provide comprehensive legal support on employment law matters, including drafting and reviewing employment-related documents (contracts, notices, termination documents)
•Collaborate with business units, HR and compliance teams to advise on day-to-day employment issues and legal implications
•Organize periodic employment law trainings to enhance legal awareness across the organization
•Conduct research and drafting of legal documents related to employment law and participate in disciplinary processes
•Monitor changes in legislation and inform relevant teams of legal consequences and risks
