•Partner cross-functionally to solve key business growth challenges
•Represent TikTok Shop at industry events and brand summits to foster long-term partnerships

•Experience in e-commerce, ideally across both platform and brand/merchant sides
•Experience as a people manager, managing a significant team size
•Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, with prior P&L ownership and planning a plus
