Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end product design for Growth pod surfaces that turn interest into revenue and keep customers coming back. Design growth loops across the customer lifecycle, including referral mechanics and pricing/packaging experiences, while balancing craft with fast shipping. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers on experiments, funnel analytics, and A/B test design. Contribute to and raise the bar for Nivoda’s design system, run lightweight user research, and mentor junior designers.
