Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily life of residents in the village, ensuring a healthy, safe environment and meeting their needs
  • •Collaborate with the social and psychological teams to develop and monitor individual care/intervention plans
  • •Assess academic progress and report findings, recommending program adjustments as needed
  • •Coordinate with educational and health institutions to ensure residents receive required services
  • •Monitor nutrition and health needs, addressing special considerations for residents with conditions such as diabetes or allergies

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Education or Social Work or Psychology (or equivalent)
  • •2-4 years of experience in education or social work
  • •Computer literacy and ability to use basic IT tools
  • •Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
  • •Emirati/UAE National status is required
