Job Summary

Support design and innovation packaging initiatives across the Kraft Heinz North America portfolio, translating brand strategies and consumer Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) into viable, manufacturable packaging solutions. •Manage packaging initiatives across different scopes and/or cross-enterprise platforms concurrently.
•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and build business cases for project execution.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to translate requirements into testable material/package options and enable handover to business units.
•Support prototyping through consumer testing and assist with pilot line setup and scale-up to industrial production as needed for commercialization.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS/PhD degree in Design, Engineering, or Packaging Engineering (or related discipline).
•4+ years of relevant experience (with BS) or 3+ (with MS) or 2+ (with PhD).
•R&D packaging development and commercialization experience, including innovation and packaging design with project leadership.
•Working knowledge of packaging materials, formats, converting processes (e.g., cartoning, filling, web handling, labeling, molding), printing, and bottle closure/dispensing systems plus manufacturing constraints.
•Working knowledge of project execution practices (timelines, risk identification, stakeholder updates) and ability to manage assigned deliverables end-to-end.
