Sales & Services Lead - Madison Ave

Lead an exceptional in-store guest and sales experience by coaching the team on guest connection and technical product education. Build daily customer relationships, analyze performance reports to drive results, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads on budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment, development, and ongoing feedback.
