Job Summary

Lead AECOM’s Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation (E,C&I) practice across New Zealand, refining strategy and growing the team while serving as a trusted advisor to external clients. Own business development and bid/proposal responses, and drive project delivery excellence for complex E,C&I initiatives across energy and industrial sectors. Mentor and coach the NZ E,C&I team, support succession planning, and coordinate delivery with client technical teams and AECOM engineering disciplines.

•Lead the E,C&I practice area across NZ, including technical service offerings and team development.
•Act as a trusted advisor to the sector and external clients, providing technical knowledge and advisory insight during project initiation.
•Lead business development activities, including bid and proposal response processes across AECOM engineering disciplines.
•Oversee the technical approach with client technical teams and AECOM disciplines, applying E,C&I and related engineering capability.
•Ensure and lead E,C&I project delivery excellence, including Project or Design Management leadership; provide mentoring and coaching for team development.
