Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute the AMER ISV GTM strategy and programs.
•Launch ISV-related sales motions, enablement, messaging, and co-selling efforts with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Enablement teams.
•Drive demand generation and pipeline creation through outbound and inbound campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing.
•Institutionalize operational rigor with cadence, reporting, KPIs, escalation processes, and QBRs across the ISV program.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Pre-sales, Post-sales, Marketing, and Partners to ensure ecosystem success.

Key Requirements

•20+ years experience selling software, SaaS, and cloud solutions
•10+ years experience architecting and defining strategy for ISVs at scale
•Demonstrated track record of top performance in highly competitive environments
•Degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, science, or math preferred
•Track record of building ecosystems of customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing)
