Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 diffusion technicians.
  • •Coordinate team meetings and ensure daily workload/sustaining activities in the fab are covered as needed.
  • •Ensure timely response to out-of-control or out-of-spec conditions to minimize impact to production and quality.
  • •Monitor equipment status and technician response throughout the shift to meet availability goals.
  • •Lead development, review, and improvement of operational and technical documentation, ensuring SOPs/PTPs/OCAPs are used and supervise troubleshooting for corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED required; technical degree or equivalent military technical experience strongly preferred.
  • •5+ years of semiconductor experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of diffusion and related processes/equipment (TEL/KE Furnace, AMAT EPI and/or CVD) is preferred.
  • •Experience supporting equipment maintenance.
  • •Experience supporting process development and sustaining.
