Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for Ferguson’s AI fluency programs across awareness, literacy, capability, and mastery levels.
  • •Recruit, develop, and support the AI Ambassador Program and Network across functions and geographies, including near-term Ambassador Program Owner responsibilities.
  • •Design and maintain the AI Fluency Training strategy in partnership with Ferguson Academy, using Microsoft (Copilot) and Google (Gemini) for tool-specific content.
  • •Own internal storytelling for AI adoption by building and managing an AI Success & Wins repository and amplifying wins aligned with Ferguson culture.
  • •Track and report participation, engagement, and Ambassador Network health, and perform near-term program management tasks like cohort scheduling and licensing coordination.
