Job Summary

Lead design and verification for next-generation ASICs in AMD’s AECG ASIC organization. Drive SoC RTL integration and RTL verification for complex digital blocks and ASIC top level, and develop design/verification strategies, coverage plans, and validation approaches. Own testplan creation, build UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, and implement checkers and sequences to support constrained-random/directed verification. Guide emulation and verification execution while leading internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SoC RTL integration for complex digital blocks and ASIC top level to ensure quality.
•Verify RTL implementation for complex digital blocks and ASIC top level to ensure quality.
•Develop design and verification strategies for new features, including volume validation and coverage strategies.
•Create testplans, develop testbenches, and code test/sequences and checkers for IP-level verification in constrained-random and/or directed environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
•Drive coverage analysis, integrate VIPs as needed, and lead internal/external teams to support feature enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 5,960,430 - 8,514,900 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in an ASIC architect role leading end-to-end development, including strong SoC architecture and processor systems foundation.
•Expert experience implementing UVM/OVM and/or Verilog SystemVerilog testbenches and BFMs for IP-level verification.
•Working knowledge of C, SystemC, and Python.
•Knowledge of bus protocols like AXI/AHB and experience/knowledge across SOC development flow and accelerator IP.
•Strong analytical problem-solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across sites/time zones.
