Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end AV systems integration projects, ensuring delivery against time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.

  • •Identify, manage, and escalate project risks/issues; handle scope/schedule/cost changes via change order procedures.
