Deliver an authentic Beyond Yoga customer experience by mastering product knowledge and building customer connections. Drive daily store and personal sales performance, uphold security, safety, and loss-prevention standards, and maintain visual presentation through efficient merchandise operations. Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues. Support brand awareness locally through community events and adopt new in-store technologies (Shopify knowledge a plus).
