Key Requirements

  • •Italian qualified employment lawyer with at least 6 years of employment law experience.
  • •Minimum 6+ years experience combining reputable law firm work with in-house experience in a tech company.
  • •Litigation experience and prior advice on, or strong interest in, gig-economy and platform-work matters.
  • •Solid knowledge of employment law and adjacent regulatory areas (procedural rules, social security, tax, data protection, immigration, and commercial contracts).
  • •Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in both English and Italian (written and verbal).
