Drive the commercial success of Red Hat’s AI portfolio in the Japan market by guiding enterprises from PoC to production-ready AI deployments. Position the platform as the unified hybrid-cloud foundation for secure, transparent AI workloads, orchestrate multi-million dollar AI subscriptions with cross-functional teams, and lead Digital Sovereignty and open-platform value discussions to reduce vendor lock-in.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the deal orchestration and technical close, coordinating solution architects, partner ecosystems, and account teams to lead multi-million dollar AI subscription and services wins.
•Act as a consultative challenger, providing insights to counter proprietary lock-in and leading discussions on Digital Sovereignty across any cloud and accelerator.
•Translate AI infrastructure into a business value narrative, demonstrating how Red Hat AI reduces TCO and accelerates time-to-market for AI agents.
•Define and execute strategic AI-focused growth within the Global Account Plan, ensuring Red Hat is positioned as the platform of choice for long-term AI roadmaps.
•Collaborate across marketing, product engineering, and partners to win in a competitive landscape and influence GTM strategy with a strong voice of the customer.

Key Requirements

•Technical Sales Excellence in AI, Cloud, Kubernetes or HPC
•Enterprise deal experience with long, complex sales cycles
•Deep AI/ML lifecycle knowledge from data prep to distributed inference
•Commitment to open source and open standards in storytelling
•Deep market knowledge with 15+ years in the Japan market
