  • •Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and compensation ranges to ensure external competitiveness across business units.
  • •Build complex financial models and perform data analysis to support annual salary range refreshes and ad-hoc requests.
  • •Conduct internal equity audits to identify and mitigate pay disparities across teams and regions.
  • •Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles and evaluate roles against benchmark data to align internal structures to market.
  • •Monitor global technology compensation trends and regulatory requirements to keep Total Rewards programs compliant and current.

Key Requirements
