Chef Manager

Lead the kitchen team at a Bupa care home, creating nutritious, resident-focused meals that feel comforting and meaningful. You’ll design and adapt menus to dietary requirements, prepare fresh high-quality dishes, and manage food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance. The role also includes leading, motivating, and developing your team, managing stock and budgets, and gathering resident feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
