Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customer sites to ensure system reliability.
  • •Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems, including configuration, programming, and commissioning.
  • •Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including networking-related issues.
  • •Execute small service projects and upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • •Monitor site performance, produce reports, meet KPIs, and support cost estimation and forecasting.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management Systems).
  • •Strong troubleshooting and field service experience across customer sites.
  • •Engineering Degree or Diploma.
  • •Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (25–50%).
  • •Practical experience with HVAC Controls and building automation systems; fire alarm systems experience is advantageous.
