Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute an elite level of service to ensure overall resident and guest satisfaction in line with Elite Services and property guidelines.
  • •Greet residents and guests, observe the 10-Second Rule, and announce/register guests, vendors, and contractors.
  • •Maintain accurate records and logs for notes, packages and deliveries, mail, and shift change pass-on logs (Paper, Outlook, or BuildingLink).
  • •Monitor common areas and security systems/cameras, maintain general awareness of the property, and report incidents, misconduct, and damages.
  • •Facilitate special requests and coordinate services (transportation, dining reservations, directions/local area information) and support maintenance requests when required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience with prior hospitality or service industry experience or education.
  • •Ability to create a luxury environment and go above and beyond to exceed expectations in hospitality.
  • •Maintain the highest personal appearance and grooming standards and follow an approved dress code.
  • •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying composed, independent, and collaborative.
  • •Proficient word processing and computer knowledge including Outlook, MS Word, and web browsers.
