Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare aluminum and copper busbars for assembly using manual presses, hand grinders, and taping equipment prior to the epoxy process.
  • •Comply with EHS guidelines and maintain 5S+ standards in the work area.
  • •Receive job assignments, interpret manufacturing documents (sketches, drawings, and written/verbal instructions), and enter required data accurately and promptly.
  • •Set up and operate heavy machinery (e.g., Weidamatics, Optishear, band saws, coil machines, drill presses) and perform routine maintenance.
  • •Verify components to engineering specifications (to ±0.001 in.) using precision measuring tools and perform required SPC monitoring across fabrication areas.
