•Lead functional design and implementation of OTM solutions across projects
•Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
•Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
•Drive configuration of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Payment
•Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT support with clients

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
•Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant
•Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes
•Hands-on experience in OTM Functional Configuration; Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis; OTM Agents, Workflows, and Business Rules
•Exposure to integration touchpoints with ERP (Oracle/SAP) and WMS systems
