•Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
•Become a Pandora product expert through thorough product training and development with regional support to unlock team potential and succession.
•Be a brand ambassador, lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
•Apply Pandora's core values of dreaming, daring, caring and delivering in all aspects of the role.
