Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by assisting customers with product questions, demonstrating merchandise, and making recommendations. Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards, and ensure accurate receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing product flow. Run efficient, accurate cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections. Support Store Leadership in creating memorable customer experiences across Columbia Sportswear retail locations.
