Project Engineer - Pharma

Own the successful delivery of capital projects in Singapore, ensuring zero safety or quality incidents and completion within approved timelines and budgets. You’ll develop project proposals and business cases, define scope/cost/schedule/risk, and lead multidisciplinary teams and external contractors. Manage vendor contracts, administer change control, and oversee validation activities and readiness for audits and regulatory inspections, driving continuous improvement throughout delivery.
