Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate global SAP projects to roll out Sika’s template and integrate acquired companies into the SAP landscape.
•Drive smooth project progress in time and quality using project management experience.
•Manage multi-functional, globally dispersed and virtual project teams (internal and external).
•Provide guidance and hands-on support to teams using deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management.
•Oversee and verify SAP Supply Chain Management deliverables against Sika’s global template and ensure governance compliance across team members.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification.
•5+ years of experience with expert knowledge in several DTS SAP modules, with QM and MM being mandatory.
•2+ years of meaningful experience in Solution Architect roles leading to successful SAP rollouts and global integration projects.
•Deep hands-on customizing experience in SAP Supply Chain Management, including detailed knowledge across process areas.
•Strong leadership with coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills, plus demonstrated collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
