Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen and expand the portfolio and increase market revenue/share.
  • •Ensure disciplined client coverage by understanding strategic and financial objectives and executing optimal solutions.
  • •Partner across the firm to deliver the whole bank and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
  • •Pursue and maintain knowledge of banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends affecting clients and prospects.
  • •Manage risk/return for new and existing clients by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks; self-manage pipeline and production using reports and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management for middle market and corporate clients.
  • •Advanced knowledge of banking products/services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess and deliver client needs.
  • •Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience.
