Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary L&D partner for assigned brands and business groups, connecting business and talent priorities to relevant enterprise learning solutions.
  • •Lead delivery of assigned enterprise learning programs/workstreams from planning through sustainment, partnering with Design, L&D, P&C, and other stakeholders.
  • •Translate business and customer insight into actionable recommendations by gathering feedback across markets and stakeholder groups.
  • •Improve learning processes, tools, and ways of working to simplify, standardize, and scale program delivery.
  • •Support learning experiences across virtual and in-person formats, including facilitation where appropriate, and drive launch readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant professional experience) and typically 5+ years of related experience.
  • •Independently manage complex learning, talent, HR, or organizational programs/projects in a large, global, or matrixed organization.
  • •Partner directly with HR/P&C and business stakeholders to understand needs and support implementation of enterprise programs or solutions.
  • •Improve processes, tools, or ways of working through project management, process improvement, technology adoption, or scalable solutions.
  • •Use enterprise workplace and learning technologies such as Microsoft Teams, project-management platforms, Learning Management Systems, and/or HRIS platforms (instructor-led learning support preferred).
