Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Site Supervisor on large electrical/data center sites, coordinating daily operational work from site preparation through deliveries, construction, and testing phases.
  • •Be on site each workday per customer schedule and lead Health and Safety and Environmental process activities.
  • •Initiate, monitor, and review site work procedures; hold toolbox talks; and conduct daily point-of-work risk assessments and safety briefings.
  • •Coordinate and direct site works by Eaton and third-party suppliers, ensuring effective resource use to meet profitability, quality, cost, delivery, and employee safety goals.
  • •Ensure correct documentation (e.g., Risk Assessments and Method Statements), organize required site trainings, and raise gaps/constraints to the PM for cost recapture.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electrical background with experience on construction sites covering Health and Safety and Quality Management.
  • •Experience in power distribution construction projects, electrical work, and field service & commissioning.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring/cabling documents.
  • •Ability to execute delivery projects and coordinate on-site work with teams and vendors.
  • •English and German proficiency (both required).
