Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end delivery of an effective cost management service aligned to client objectives.
  • •Undertake detailed cost analysis and reporting, including variance analysis against forecasts and contractual compliance checks.
  • •Deliver cost intelligence by implementing cost analytics tools and processes embedded into ways of working.
  • •Provide cost estimating and assurance across project lifecycle stages using benchmarking and parametric scaling.
  • •Support an integrated team within a centralized Program Management Office and transfer knowledge internally.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • •Chartered status with AIQS or RICS (or equivalent recognized body).
  • •3+ years cost analyst and/or cost management experience, preferably in private practice or a construction organization.
  • •Strong attention to detail to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement methods and their application for delivering infrastructure assets.
