Job Summary

Define and govern the enterprise technology architecture across Apparel Group, aligning business strategy and digital transformation with technology investments. Partner with business and technology leadership to shape future-state capabilities spanning omnichannel retail, AI-driven innovation, enterprise data platforms, and cloud transformation. Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance; lead architecture reviews; rationalize application portfolios; and guide integration and platform modernization to improve scalability, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
•Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes; lead architecture reviews for major initiatives.
•Drive application portfolio rationalization to consolidate systems, reduce technical debt, and optimize technology investments.
•Define enterprise integration architecture and promote API-first, event-driven, reusable integration patterns across platforms.
•Lead cloud modernization and enterprise platform transformation while providing architectural guidance across ERP, POS, e-commerce, supply chain, merchandising, CRM, HR, finance, and corporate systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a senior architecture leadership capacity.
•12+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
•Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration architectures.
