•Serve as the primary contact for developers on infrastructure, deployment, and access issues using Jira and Slack.
•Manage and scale multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) using Terraform-driven infrastructure as code.
•Maintain and improve developer experience via CLI tools and internal APIs to simplify workflows.
•Build and optimize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern GitOps patterns with ArgoCD.
•Ensure observability and reliability with automated self-healing triggers, including participation in an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering with a Developer-First mindset and comfort with ambiguous requirements.

•Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including debugging failing pods.
•Experience with Terraform (or similar) Infrastructure as Code.
