Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for developers on infrastructure, deployment, and access issues using Jira and Slack.
  • •Manage and scale multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) using Terraform-driven infrastructure as code.
  • •Maintain and improve developer experience via CLI tools and internal APIs to simplify workflows.
  • •Build and optimize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern GitOps patterns with ArgoCD.
  • •Ensure observability and reliability with automated self-healing triggers, including participation in an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering with a Developer-First mindset and comfort with ambiguous requirements.
  • •Proficiency in Go (Golang) or Python to contribute to internal tools such as CLI and APIs.
  • •Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including debugging failing pods.
  • •Experience with Terraform (or similar) Infrastructure as Code.
  • •Experience with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for modern CI/CD and GitOps patterns.
