Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a collections team, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, career development, and headcount forecasting.
•Drive quarterly reductions in past-due AR balances and improvements in days-to-pay by establishing, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs and OKRs using analytics.
•Own end-to-end collections operations across onshore and offshore teams, including account management, escalation handling, status updates, and quality control.
•Lead onboarding, training, and implementation for BPO partners and systems while maintaining process documentation and driving continuous improvement.
•Maintain and enforce the corporate credit policy, including monitoring credit reviews and approvals; collaborate cross-functionally to streamline issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,400 - 123,600 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections, including at least 2 years leading teams or team leads.
•Track record improving collections metrics such as days overdue, days to pay, and dispute resolution cycle time.
•Deep expertise in order-to-cash, including collections operations, cash applications, and accounting for bad debt and sales allowances.
•Experience with collections and financial systems including Zuora, HighRadius, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or SAP, plus proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
•Strong operational focus building and refining collections workflows, including comfort leveraging AI tools to automate manual processes at scale.
