Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, project manage, and deliver a Forum report bringing together multistakeholder narratives about the future, working with the Foresight Team, Global Foresight Network, and other contributors.
  • •Coordinate the editorial calendar, contributor inputs, review cycles, and production timeline to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • •Edit and shape content for tone, clarity, narrative coherence, and consistency with Forum style and standards.
  • •Liaise with design and other internal teams to manage the report’s production and publication.
  • •Contribute to planning and execution of communications strategies and the development/editing/delivery of other content products (e.g., articles, briefs, explainers, transcripts, video/audio scripts, social content).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant field (communications, journalism, international relations, political science, or related); advanced degree is an asset.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in editorial content development, communications, publishing, or related fields (international organization/media/think tank/consultancy preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience project managing complex, multi-contributor publications from concept to delivery.
  • •Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex or technical material into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • •Fluency in English required (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
