Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform rolls of raw materials into finished forms prior to packaging as part of production operations.
  • •Run high-speed converting and packing equipment and control processes from a computer terminal.
  • •Act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area they operate and maintain equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment running to meet performance and quality goals.
  • •Maintain accurate records and data and operate required material handling equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7 (including weekends) in a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

  • •Meet physical requirements for standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 45–50 pounds, using hand tools, and working in confined spaces.
