Coordinate daily apparel photo shoots to ensure smooth, efficient studio operations. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the efficient running of daily apparel shoots, including shoot and studio operations.
•Manage studio timings and ensure models and crew are ready and on set at assigned start times and after breaks.
•Direct models and, when necessary, the photographer and stylists to capture the best shots for every product.
•Oversee image selection for the website, considering composition, pose, styling, and product visibility, and handle image coding.
•Track and drive daily targets/KPIs by communicating updates to the studio and third-party suppliers, troubleshooting on-the-fly issues, and maintaining a calm, positive studio atmosphere.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication and managerial skills with excellent organization for an apparel studio environment.
•Very strong attention to detail and a creative eye to consistently deliver high-quality imagery.
•Strong and proven experience working in an e-commerce studio environment.
•Excellent knowledge of brands and trends, with results-oriented execution and adaptability to change.
•Quick learning ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Capture One software.
