•Guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergencies; support recycling and informational kiosks as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit; lift and carry 25 lbs+.
