Sr. Manager, Commercial Strategy (Partner Operations)

Lead the Partner Operations sub-team within the Commercial Strategy organization, driving scalable systems and processes for Thumbtack’s partnerships. Manage a team across North America and the Philippines, optimize tools like Salesforce and revenue orchestration, and ensure high-quality partnership reporting, finance workflows, and partner support. Own cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to enable partnership growth through operational excellence and continuous improvement.
