Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards
  • •Support safe store operations using strong stockroom standards and participate in store-directed operational projects

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and work in and around the store constantly

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
