Key Responsibilities

  • •Own direct purchase and all purchasing activities of indirect purchase, ensuring compliance with purchasing process and objectives.
  • •Lead factory handshake process and follow up to secure supplier Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.
  • •Drive supplier sustainability and performance improvement projects, including cost reduction targets via negotiation and bidding.
  • •Develop supplier sourcing strategy: evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiation and cost analysis, and maintain supplier profiles for the China supply base.
  • •Manage indirect purchasing operations and contract handling (initiating, implementing, filing) while ensuring transparency and continually improving purchasing efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.
  • •5+ years of purchasing-related experience, with preferred mechanical design and manufacturing expertise.
  • •3 years of purchasing management experience in multinational companies.
  • •Experience with change management, project management, and Six Sigma.
  • •Strong proficiency with Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus independent and proactive work style.
