Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive safety & legal product strategy and delivery: translate policies, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements and engineering work.
  • •Improve in-house moderation technologies, including EverGuard LLM-based moderation capabilities, in partnership with Engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • •Own third-party safety partnerships and integrations end-to-end: evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and performance management.
  • •Set up safety dashboards, monitoring, recurring QA, and proactive processes to identify emerging issues and verify T&S effectiveness.
  • •Lead red teaming/adversarial testing and establish trust & safety reviews for new features and material changes, including incident follow-through.
