Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned diplomatic construction projects to identify construction security needs and ensure project integrity.
  • •Develop project-specific Construction Security Plans (CSP), including Site Security Plans (SSP) and Transit Security Plans (TSP) for classified and sensitive areas and equipment.
  • •Set project priorities using the Security Environment Threat List (SETL) and determine deployment dates/numbers for Site Security Managers, Cleared American Guards, and Construction Surveillance Technicians.
  • •Arrange access control support by engaging local guards and coordinate personnel deployment with project proponents and affected posts.
  • •Review architectural drawings and plans for adherence to classification guidelines and provide guidance on security-related classification issues.

Key Requirements
