Drive sales growth for the HINO Trucks Division by actively engaging prospective customers, achieving sales targets, and maximizing profitability through consultative selling, strong product knowledge, and effective relationship management in a fast-paced UAE automotive environment.

Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
•Manage assigned accounts within the designated territory and conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and satisfaction.
•Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offer test drives, and explain warranties and services.
•Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork; provide reports to sales management; ensure monthly overdue payments are within target.
•Attend sales meetings, modular trainings, and coordinate with Sales/Branch Manager on training requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership with UAE experience
•Bachelor7s degree or equivalent experience
•Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Office; excellent customer service and communication skills
•Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage gross margins
•Valid UAE driving license and experience within UAE
