Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with line operations including changeovers, start-ups, running, and shutdown.
  • •Perform tasks such as moving material, quality checks, and packing product.
  • •Ensure customer and manufacturing specifications and standard operating procedures are followed.
  • •Accurately complete production and QA paperwork, including job verification sheets, roll tickets, and S.O.C. sheets.
  • •Maintain a clean, orderly work station and comply with 5S and WCM initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow customer specifications.

  • •Basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software, plus visual acuity for inspections including color distinction and measurement devices.
